Anchor Milk Powder provides the taste Kiwis love with the versatility of being ready when you need it. With the smooth, full-bodied flavour of fresh milk, Anchor’s Blue Milk Powder is also rich in calcium and a source of protein. And because it stays fresh in an unopened pack until its best before date, this is a great milk for those on the go. Mix it up, keep it in the fridge, and use anchor milk powder just as you would use fresh milk. Alternatively, dry anchor milk powder is often used in breadmaker recipes. Four tablespoons of anchor milk powder equals one cup of fresh milk. One 1kg pack makes 7.5 litres of milk.

How should I store my Anchor Milk Powder?
  • Opened packs of Anchor Milk Powder are best stored in airtight containers in the fridge and used within 2 to 3 weeks.
  • Once you’ve mixed milk powder with water, it should be refrigerated below 4°C and consumed within two days.

How to make up Anchor Blue Milk Powder:
Slowly add 1 part powder to 4 parts cold water and mix with a whisk or blender. For full flavour, let the milk stand in the fridge for 30 minutes after mixing.
