Four tablespoons of anchor milk powder equals one cup of fresh milk. One 1kg pack makes 7.5 litres of milk.
How should I store my Anchor Milk Powder?
How to make up Anchor Blue Milk Powder:
- Opened packs of Anchor Milk Powder are best stored in airtight containers in the fridge and used within 2 to 3 weeks.
- Once you’ve mixed milk powder with water, it should be refrigerated below 4°C and consumed within two days.
Slowly add 1 part powder to 4 parts cold water and mix with a whisk or blender. For full flavour, let the milk stand in the fridge for 30 minutes after mixing.
