Auckland Showroom Update:

We’re happy to announce that our Auckland showroom will be opening from Wednesday, 10th November at 9am. In accordance with Level 3 Step 2 shopping in-store will look a little different, this includes limiting the amount of people allowed in our showroom at any given time. Over the next 48 hours our team will be getting the showroom open to welcome you back safely.

When shopping with us, we ask that you follow these simple steps to help keep both our staff and customers safe:

- Please wear a mask or face covering
- Scan in using the QR code or sign in manually
- Keep 2 meters distance from staff and other customers
- Listen to our team - they are doing their best to help keep us all safe
- Use the hand sanitizer available throughout the showroom


Delivery Update:

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions and increases in parcel volumes, our courier provider NZ Post is experiencing delivery delays nationwide. To manage the demand NZ Post is restricting the number of parcels collected from businesses each day, pick up volumes will increase as restrictions ease and their delivery capacity increases.

In the meantime they have advised delays of up to 5 working days in and out of Auckland and 1 working day across the rest of New Zealand. In following the NZ Post guidelines, we ask that you do not contact our team unless your parcel has been delayed up to 10 working days in Auckland and 5 working days for the rest of the country.

Our team is working extremely hard to process all orders and respond to all enquiries, but we are experiencing a high volume of emails requesting delivery updates. As soon as your order is processed your tracking information will be sent to you. Once your order is collected you can track it via the NZ Post website.

To ease the demand on the delivery service and to get your order in your hands quicker, we ask that our Auckland customers consider our Contactless Click and Collect option.


Contactless Click and Collection Update:

As we are still under Level 3 Step 2 restrictions, we might take longer than usual to process each order. We aim to have your order ready within up to 3 working days, but this may be extended slightly if demand is high.

If you choose our Contactless Click & Collect service, please pay special attention to the following reminders:

- You MUST wear a face covering and keep 2 metres distance from our staff and other customers when picking up your order. Hand sanitiser is available at all collection locations.

- Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service team. The confirmation email will include your pick-up location and pick-up time. Please note we have 2 pick up locations in Auckland and some products are only available at certain locations, we will advise the location post purchase. Please do not attempt to come to our premises until you have received your confirmation email.
- We also strongly encourage you to scan in using NZ Covid Tracer app when at any of our premises.
- We ask that you listen to any instructions given by our staff
