We will happily replace or exchange an item if:
- The item is found to be defective
- The item was incorrectly described in the auction or website listing
If we are unable to replace goods you have the choice of either:
- A full refund (incl. shipping)
- A credit towards another item purchased from our website
We are under no obligation to refund if:
- You have changed your mind
- You no long require the item
- The item was not what you expected it to be. We do our best to ensure that all items are described as accurately as possible, if you have any questions please ensure they are asked prior to purchasing the item.
If you receive defective or damaged goods you must contact us immediately via email. Please include all relevant information and any other information you feel would assist us in dealing with your claim in the most effecient possible way.
Please allow for up to two working days for your enquiry to be processed.
Any refund will be processed using the method of payment initially utilised.
In the event of incorrect items being sent out or if there are items missing from your order, contact must be made within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Transaction can be cancelled by the cardholder.
If you would like to cancel the transaction before the product(s) has been sent out, please contact us immediately
. Please note that due to large volumes of orders and emails, we do not guarantee that your item can be stopped in time. If your item has already been dispatched, any shipping costs are the liability of the purchaser. Refunds will be made for the cost of the item only, and credit card refunds may incur a 5% cancelling fee.
